The Holyhead Forward Board monitors the implementation of the strategy, and receives and considers six-monthly progress reports.

Strategic Targets 2006 and 2007

An updated version of the Holyhead Forward Strategy has been prepared, and agreed by the Board - see Strategy page. This links into the new EU Convergence Funding programme 2007-2013. A progress report on the new strategic themes and priorities was reported to the Board in April 2008, and a copy is available to download here.

The Holyhead Forward Strategy Review of 2003-2008 has identified the need to prepare detailed annual action plans with performance targets.
