The Holyhead Forward Board monitors the implementation of the strategy, and receives and considers six-monthly progress reports.

The Board agreed a number of strategic targets for 2006 & 2007, a copy which may be downloaded here.

Strategic Targets 2006 and 2007

An updated version of the Holyhead Forward Strategy has been prepared, and agreed by the Board - see Strategy page. This links into the new EU Convergence Funding programme 2007-2013. A progress report on the new strategic themes and priorities was reported to the Board in April 2008, and a copy is available to download here.

Work is now taking place to prepare a detailed Action Plan with performance targets, based on the updated Strategy.
